Saskia’s jewellery demonstrates her love of texture, repeating form and movement. Currently she works in copper and recycled silver, using traditional and newer techniques. She likes to find the line: here she is interested in rock structures, and uses the polished edges of curved slices, etched hollows and flattened wire to evoke the basalt columns, and bold skylines of Arthur’s Seat
