All work is thrown on the wheel and decorated by hand with unique illustrations. Rachel is currently working with painted underglaze under clear high fire glaze alongside wax resist and coloured high temperature glaze. Cats sometimes feature perhaps as a symbol of transience as these are strays from Beijing and Dubai reflecting her own eclectic, peripatetic lifestyle.
