Penzance Kitchen Knives is an exploration into producing functionally perfect kitchen tools, in where beauty is derived from simplistic design and proportionality of elements. All of the materials the handles are made from are reclaimed and so have already lived a life, all of the high carbon steels used are sourced from Sheffield foundries.
