Originally a knitwear designer, Joanna started making ceramic dogs in 2018. Everything she makes has been influenced by previous incarnations of her making life. The knitwear was for people then along with her long term business partner, Sally Muir, they wrote ten knitting pattern books, including patterns for over fifty dog breeds. For this year, she is working on a homeware/dog range of ceramics.
