With a background in horticulture, Bekky has always enjoyed getting her hands in the earth. Through her ceramics she merges her love of nature with her love of designing and making. She sculpts solid clay into organic forms from which she makes plaster moulds. These are used for slip-casting with porcelain clay for its aesthetic simplicity and soft texture.
